These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RadGuide (the "Service"), operated by the sole trader trading as RadGuide ("we", "us", "our") in the United Kingdom. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Who we are

2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account.
3. The Service
RadGuide provides educational pathways, CPD resources, courses, events listings, jobs, community features and AI-assisted guidance for radiology, sonography and allied health professionals. Content is provided for educational purposes only and is not clinical advice. You remain professionally responsible for your own practice.
4. Subscriptions & payment
Some features are available only with a paid subscription ("Pro"). Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly or yearly basis at the price displayed at checkout, until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Applicable VAT or sales tax will be added at checkout where required.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you will retain access until then. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- upload content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory or infringes any third-party rights;
- impersonate any person or misrepresent your professional status;
- scrape, copy or redistribute paid content outside your personal use;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
7. User content
You retain ownership of content you post (e.g. profile information, community posts). You grant RadGuide a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host and display that content for the purpose of operating the Service.
8. Intellectual property
All RadGuide content, branding and software are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. Pro content (lessons, slides, downloads) is licensed for your personal, non-transferable use only.
9. AI features
The RadGuide Assistant and other AI features generate responses using third-party large language models. Output may be incomplete or inaccurate. Always verify critical information against authoritative clinical sources before acting on it.
10. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under English law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
11. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Consumers benefit from any mandatory protections of their country of residence.
