We're building a home for radiology.
RadGuide started as a small educational project for radiographers. We're now growing it into a hub of pathways, CPD and community for the wider AHP workforce — supporting people moving into radiology, building their careers within it, and stepping into leadership.
By clinicians, for clinicians
We work in the profession, so we build for it. Every pathway and course we list is curated with real practice in mind.
Career-first
From a first conversation about radiology to senior leadership development — we want to be useful at every step.
Open to partnerships
We're actively seeking partners across NHS trusts, private providers and education to widen access into radiology.

How it all started
RadGuide began in the imaging department — long shifts, brilliant colleagues, and a constant question from students, AHPs and junior doctors: "how do I actually get into radiology?" The answers were scattered across trust intranets, course brochures and word of mouth. So we started writing them down. What began as a shared document for a handful of people grew into pathways, then courses, then a community — and became the resource we wished had existed when we were starting out.
